Bobby was raised in the Tampa, Fla. area and attended the University of Florida in Gainsville. He began his career as a senior broker at Sunbelt Business Brokers in Charlotte. Along the way, Bobby bought and sold several companies, demonstrating a knack for entrepreneurship and for learning a variety of business skills.
He later joined MC Tools, Inc. in Greenville, then owned by Innovative Manufacturing’s vice president, Wes Popoloski. Once he learned the tooling business, Bobby saw an opportunity for a machine shop that could produce high tolerance, high-precision parts. So he opened Innovative Manufacturing & Design, and the rest is history. Bobby oversees all business and sales operations.
When he’s not working – which is rare – Bobby is trying to improve his new golf game. He loves fast cars, racing, motorcycles – and his wife, Andrea.
